Feeling the Heat♥

Wows. In a blink of an eye, the Promotional Exams are already looming in the near distance.
Everything’s so high strung right now. I feel so…pressurised.
So many conflicts going through my mind.
Is it really possible for me to improve by a huge margin in the course of 2/3 weeks?
Is it truly possible to do that without affecting my other subjects either?
Economics is something I’m trying to get the hang of. For some oddity, I can’t seem to grasp it at all.
I can’t even relax without thinking about Promos coming. A huge huge sense of worry goes PING each time I think about Promos.
I’m trying. Trying really hard. I need a break.
I know I do, but I can’t seem to relax.
Despite all this, I know that if I were to turn back time,
back to where I was filling out the application for which JC or Poly I’d want to go to,
I’d still have place PJC (Science) into the first option.
I love my JC life.
I really do.
It’s tough all right, but I love it.

Now if only my results can show that.

The Irony♥
For the past few days, I was suddenly found face to face with the ugly scar that many Singaporeans seem to have-discourtesy.



My meetings with discourteous citizens were on the bus.

First Meeting (That I could remember): A man was standing along the aisles of a bus. There was a huge stretch of empty space on one side of him, and people who were crammed like sardines on the other side. Get the picture?

Basically he couldn't be bothered to move in for who knows what logical reasons that he may have. Everyone was squeezing in for all their might already, but he was obviously in his safe oblivion. Either that or he needs glasses.





2nd Meeting: Got on the bus (again.) Moving along with the people to the back of the bus. (hey no more oblivious man!), but instead, there was an oblivious woman. There was an empty single seat (you know those that exists only in those old rickety public buses?) right in front of her and she wouldn't sit in it so that ppl can board the bus. And here we have ppl complaining that we don't offer our seats?? Not that they shouldn't complain, but my point is, if there's a seat, go ahead and take it! Especially if the bus is starting to get really really crowded. That way, you save one more space which a poor soul that may have been waiting for a bus for nearly an hour could get onto it!





3rd meeting: This morning, on the way home, on (Guess Where? You're right) the bus (DUH), I saw this:


Note the pink cladded legs, not the lady beside her.
ppls' bottoms will be on that. gosh. enough said. I think I may just throw my dinner back up, even though I haven't even had any dinner yet. =.=
