A Fantastic Night♥

Xiu Ting and I went to watch a ballet perfomance by the Finnish National Ballet: Anna Karenina
One word for it: FANTASTIC.
Truth be told, it's my first time attending a ballet performance, although I did learn basic ballet when I was young (didn't help much...I'm still as clumsy as a bear intead of being graceful..LOLS)
Ok, back to the point, the performance was truly incredible! I thought that the dance would be too intense for my amateur mind and I was honestly rather worried that I'd end up stoning half the time there, but the moment the curtains went up, I was absolutely entranced from beginning to end.
The feelings the dancers portrayed through just dance and the great accompaniment by the orchestra really had me in a tight grip. Gosh, so many emotions ran through me during the short 110 minutes. It was great great great!! (:

Yummy Curry! (:♥
Wow, QQ, Xiu Ting, Ming Yao and I went for curry again a few weeks ago! and we kind of went for an impromptu movie too. lols. Watched X-Men: Origins.
Well, that movie would be nice if you're a fan of X-Men I guess. Would probably understand the psychological impact of the movie more. lols. (:
gosh, it was such a great time, for the very first time ever since after common tests have I truly ever enjoyed myself, setting aside the stress of the upcoming A Level exams.
Just thinking about it freezes my heart and brain...sometimes, I feel that I'm trying as hard as I can, but it's just not good enough, and it just makes me feels so so so lost...I don't know how to study anymore honestly...I don't know what else I can do to improve my grades...
Thankfully, the teachers have given loads of suggestions on how they've studied, etc, so I'm trying them out now.
I'm hoping this time, it'll work out. >.< It's awfully depressing to know you're working hard, but it's just not enough because you feel like you're already stretching your hardest and if you stretch further, you might just...snap.
Jia You Jia You bahs! It'd soon be over before you know it so when I look back to my times during JC, I want to know for sure that I've worked my very very hardest and know that I've at least tried and had not been taking it easy during my years in JC. (:

Fahrenheit! =D♥
I went with my best friend, Xiu Ting to Fahrenheit's autograph session at IMM last sunday. (: We originally planned to just reach there by 8, but fortunately, some people who begun queuing since 3/4am in the morning, invited us to sit with them!
In the end, we managed to clinch a space four rows from the stage. Gosh, thanks girls! (:
Finally, I could see Arron in the flesh! and well, honestly, he's a whole lot more good looking than on tv and pictures. (Yup, you never thought it was possible did you?)
And once again, I did something embarassing...
when we finally managed to squEEZE our way up to the stage (gosh, everyone was pushing and screaming...LOL but it added to the excited atmosphere), I was kind of nervous because being naturally clumsy (I trip over my own feet....and once, air), I was afraid I'd trip while going up the stage or just walking across.
Fortunately, my feet decided to stay right and left that day and I managed to reach the stage quite safely. The first one to greet me was Calvin. I had originally thought that he didn't want to shake hands because right after signing Xiu Ting's album (she was in front of me), he proceeded to sign mine without looking up at Xiu Ting. It was until after a while, he suddenly looked up and smiled at Xiu Ting and shook her hand, then he turned to smile at me and held his hand out.
At that moment, I was kind of blur (as usual) and I stared blankly at the extended hand for a few seconds before startling and returning the handshake. >.<
Next was Arron. Jiro was right after him and because Xiu Ting had planned to pass her letters to Jiro, I was looking at her with my "shifty" eyes the entire time because I had a letter to give to Arron too and I didn't know how to give it. (Yes, I wrote a letter, in Chinese too...it's a miracle I managed to form coherent sentences in Chinese...okok, I included an english translated one just in case he can't make heads or tails of my horrible horrible chinese)
Well, after seeing Xiu Ting's involuntary demo, I finally garnered the courage to face Arron. hahas. He looked up after signing my album and stuck his hand out towards me. As I shook his hand, he gave me a grin and said Thank You. At that point in time, it all became a blur. lol. I merely remember mumbling back a Thank You and sticking my letter out at him with both hands and mumbling that it was for him. >.<
When he accepted my letter, he grinned at me again and said Thank You again, I don't remember whether he shook my hand again, but I think he did. hahas. Think he said bye to me too.
Ok, that was embarassing part 1. (YES THERE'S A PART 2)
When I came to face Jiro, he looked up with a big smile on his face..then I saw the corners of his lips dropped ever so slightly. I was confused...did I do something weird or wrong?
That was when I realised that I wasn't smiling AT ALL.
I guess I was so tired from the queuing and all that anticipation, I got exhausted and just didn't smile anymore. >.<
All that happened within split seconds, and I immediately grinned back at him and accepted his hand to shake. (p.s., his hand is HUGE...) His smile immediately went back to a big one and he said Thank You too. I was so awkward by then, I again mumbled back a Thank You. I noticed that his eyes were rather tired looking and bloodshot..hm..mustn't have slept much the seeing how they just held a concert in M'sia the night before.
When it came to Wu Zun, he said something to me after shaking my hand and thanking me, but I honestly don't remember what it was. I remember standing to one side of the stage because, for some odd reason, my album was still not signed by a few others yet.(Jiro and Wu Zun I believe). While I was waiting awkwardly at the side, Wu Zun suddenly turned towards me again and talked to me again...but I really really can't remember what he said. sorry. >.<>
It was a rather nice experience though. They all looked and sounded so sincere. (: SMILE SMILE!
I felt very lucky that day because I had won a ticket (unfortunately only one) to the Closed Door Event at St James Powerhouse, which was held immediately after the autograph session.
Words cannot describe the feelings and atmosphere there. It was just AWESOME.
I'll post some pictures here first, then perhaps when I have the time, I'll post some videos too. I took part by part footage of the entire "mini-concert cum interview" but I take an extremely long time to upload one video on youtube. Any tips anyone?
